Is an אונן exempt from סוכה? From נטילת ידים? Are these mitzvos considered positive מצות or איסורים? Is the פטור מצות of an אונן considered a הפקעה to the extent that he isnt a בר חיובא or merely a פטור while he retains the בר חיובא status?
