If you a latcomer to shul on a Friday night, with just minutes to spare before SUNSET, the rules of Mincha change as there is a obligation of תוספת שבת/to DETRACT from Friday a bit and add on to it the sanctity of Shabbat. Does this mean that, during that time, you can't daven Mincha as it's already "Saturday" and not "Friday"?
