According to ר' יהודה, what is the order of ברכת המזון and קידוש? Is שמואל's shita of פורס מפה ומקדש more similar to ר' יהודה's הפסקה גמורה or more similar to ר' יוסי's psak of אין מפסיקין? Is שמואל an independent shita or in line with a 3rd תנא? What accomplishes the הפסקה between the סעודת חול and סעודת שבת within שמואל?
