The life story of the Tanna Rebbe Elazar Ben Arach is fascinating and can be understood on different levels. He went from being on the level of Rav Yochanan Ben Zakkai with enormous wisdom, to the wine and glamorous springs of paradise. What happened? We learned the approach of Rav Schwab ztz"l and then contrasted it with the Maor Einayim ztz"l who explains the value of going down for the sake of bring others up.

      I liked this dvar torah very much and would like to use part of it. Where can I find the Maor aynayim printed? What I have from you is very small and I can't read all the words. I would like to access it in bigger letters. is this a sefer on its own or is it to be found only in the back of a shas? Thank you. Alex Bruckstein
