ספר המצות הקצר , מצות עשה מ. מצות עשה לדון דין הפרת נדרים ושבועות. שנאמר (במדבר ל, ג): "איש כי ידור נדר לה' וגו'". והיינו, דאם ניחם הנודר ונתחרט על מה שעבר, שיבוא לחכם המובהק, או לשלשה הדיוטות אם אין שם מומחה, ואומר: אני נשבעתי או נדרתי על כך וכך, ונחמתי. ואילו הייתי יודע שאני מצטער בדבר זה עד כה או שיארע לי כך, לא הייתי נודר או נשבע. והחכם או שלשה הדיוטות אומרים לו: כבר נחמת? והוא אומר הן. אומרים לו, שרוי לך, או: מחול לך, או: מותר לך. ונוהג בכל מקום ובכל זמן:
