A short article. Many mistakenly see these parshiot at the beginning of Sefer Shmot/Exodus, as only theological (what G-d did for us) and historical (so we celebrate Pesach), without realizing the practical ramifications today, regarding the hostages and ourselves! Our goal of emulating Hashem (as defined by the Rambam, Tanach & Kabbala as well) is a pretty big "call", but can and must be broken down to practical examples in our daily life.
