Description

This is a shiur about Parshas Vayeishev and Hilchos Chanukah. The Parsha describes how Yosef and Yehuda had to be away from their homes in a form of personal galus. So too, not everyone can be home on Chanukah. This shiur discusses the relationship between the mitzvah of lighting menorah and one's home. Questions about lighting on a boat, train, and plane are discussed. This question also applies to chayalim who are in on the battlefield during Chanukah.
