Description

Begins with a fundamental Torah from the Oheiv Yisrael of Apt on the job of a Jew is to lift up the fallen sparks. Then we moved over to a teaching from the Noam Elimelech on Ahava which exists in the realm of thought and yirah which exists in the realm of speech and action. He goes on to say that when one has love in their thoughts for foreign things the speech of tefillah becomes corrupted by foreign thoughts. We finished with 2 teaches from the Baal Shem Hakadosh on foreign thoughts in tefillah. 1. Mashal of running through the forest to prevent getting caught. 2. The Palaca gaurds only try to stop those whose tefillah can really make a difference.
