This shiur is the 22nd of the Darchei Noam's Beis Medrash series on the 48 kinyanei torah. It develops three ideas that explain the importance of learning with a Lev Tov. 1 - to learn with a positive and wholesome personality. 2 - to silence negative drives and channel them to appropriate outlets. 3 - to mirror the intrinsic goodness that is the Torah.
