This shiur is the 20th of the Darchei Noam's Beis Medrash series on the 48 kinyanei torah. It develops three ideas that explain the importance of learning with (limited) derech eretz. 1 - to have a balanced social life and take advantage of quiet to learn. 2 - to make Torah primary and work secondary. 3 - to develop our character and personality as we learn.
