The Gemara tells us that normally Moshe taught Bnei Yisrael only once (and they learned more from the Kohanim). It seems Moshe taught Bnei Yisrael directly 4 times about Shabbat and about the bigdei kohanim. Rav Yoseph Salant explains in his Be'er Yoseph.
