Description

During the era of the Tanakh, B'nei Yisrael went into battle with the Aron Kodesh, which, according to Rashi and others, contained the Luchot that Moshe smashed. Why bring to war the broken Luchot instead of the fully intact ones? My thoughts on Parshat Vayakhel and the brokenness that war symbolizes.
