The question that was posed was whether a woman who has dandruff and has mikveh night over a Shabbos going into Yom Tov can take a shower to prepare for the mikveh. He starts with saying that he thinks there's no gezerat baalanim in a private house and maybe that was the intent of the Shemiras Shabbos Kehilchasa. Either way, in general, Rav Willig says not to shower on Yom Tov as a minhag.
