We discussed the issue when it comes to the Torah reading of Rosh Chodesh. We discussed the argument between Rashi/Gra vs. the Rambam/Rif/Geonim, and how we hold lehalacha. Additionally, we discussed the prohibition of not reciting part of a passuk, and some cases where we seem to break that rule.
