Description

Rav Kook cites the ceremony of Bikkurim as a paradigm for producing the perfect society in the Land of Israel. A farmer is self-sustained and does not interact with others, so too, the Jewish people are to develop their own unique life based on the Torah and the unique soul embedded in Knesset Yisrael.
