Description

This Mishna and the next deals with someone bringing his different items (pots, produce and a shor) into someone else's property. a) What the halacha is with respect to the item brought in damages the the animal of the owner of the property. b) What the halacha is in a case where permission was not given (by the owner of the property) for the item to be brought in (shelo birshus). c) What the halacha is in a case where permission was given (by the owner of the property) for the item to be brought in (birshus). Note: Our Mishna follows the opinion of one Tanna, yet we will see in the next mishna that there is the opinion of Rebbe that disagree with the Tanna of our mishna regarding the case where the item was brought in birshus.
