Description

a) The shor of a pike'ach (normal person with da'as) gores a shor of a cheresh, shoteh v'katan and vice versa. b) If beis din appoints an apotropus to watch over the shor of a cheirsh, shoteh v'katan after the shor gored, when is the apotropus chayav nezek shalem for it having become a muad. c) what happens if after the shor became a muad under the apotropus, the cheirsh, shoteh v'katan become grown competent normal adults with da'as. d) A shor that is trained to gore and kill (shor ha'itzdadin) and its exemption from a chiyuv sekila for having gored and killed.
