Description

This mishna addresses the foוrth case of muad listed at the end of perek alef. The mishna there states that although the payment for a shor tam that damages is chatzi nezek (half the damage), that is only when the goring (keren) is done in reshus harabim, if done in reshus hanizak the payment is for nezek shalem (full damage). We will see that this is only the opinion of R' Tarfon as the Chachamim will disagree.
