Description

This Mishna deals mainly with the Av Nezikin of Regel and its Tolados and its being muad from the start (nezek shalem). a) It distinguishes between the animals damaging by kicking with intent to damage (keren/chatzi nezek) and damaging while walking in its ordinary way (regel/nezek shalem). b) it distinguishes between ihe animals damaging with its regel or body (nezek shalem) and with its force when pebbles shoot out from its feet while walking, ie. tzroros (chatzi nezek). c) It teaches us that regel applies not only to beheimos but to tarnegolim (chickens) as well.
