Description

This shiur analyzed the machlokes Rishonim whether the mizvos haben al hav continue after Bar Mitzva or not. The Rambam holds that they do not but the Rashba holds that they do. The shiur explained that the theory of the Rambam was based on the fact these mitzvos are derived from the mitzva of Chinuch, while the Rashba considers them to be independent of chinuch.
