In this week's Parsha, the Torah describes a scenario where a communal leader sins, and the korban that must be brough to atone for that sin. Yet the language used in the passuk casues the Midrash to comment that "fortunate is the community whose leader recognizes his sins and mistakes". Why is it so rare for a communal leader to notice and admit his mistakes? And what can this tell us about how we relate to our mistakes as parents?
