Early on in this week's Parsha, the Torah outlines for us the personalities of Yaacov and Eisav- Eisav was a "man of the field" whereas Yaacov was a "man of the tents"- and the pointed language used by the Torah is a bit strong. As parents, we must be careful not to "label" our kids in a certain way based on one dominant trait or characteristic- and not allow that trait to define the child.
