Can one be a guilty Tzadik? The Navi Yeshaya and the Zohar hold Noach accountable for the Mabul since he didn't sufficiently engage his generation and inspire them to mend their ways. The Rebbe expands on this theme and alludes to the responsibility that Jews in the post-holocuast era, and NOW, have the responsibility to not only concern themselves with their own spiritual welfare, but to also engage the spiritual welfare of others, and in this respect follow Avraham's model.
