Description

The simple understanding of Korach's rebellion against Moshe and Aharon is that it was populist argument regarding the sanctity of each member of Bnei Yisrael. If they are all holy, then how could Moshe and Aharon declare themselves the leader of the nation? Korach's argument failed to understand an important distinction regarding the concept of equality in Judaism. In parenting as well, the issue of equality is very central- and here as well, an important distinction must be made.
