This Shiur discusses the source for Chazal's authority. We discuss Rambam and Ramban's machlokes about the meaning of "Lo Tasur" and develop various approaches of Achronim to this important question. This is part of a series on Rambam's introduction to Mishna/fundamental ideas about Torah Sheba'al Peh.
