Description

This is a Hashkafa shiur for Chag HaSukkos. We seek to define the Avoda of the month of Tishrei, from Rosh Hashana thru Yom Kippur, culminating in Sukkos the days of שמחה and Dveikus. We will investigate the concept of מלכיות and the special nature of the Days of Judgment for the community of Israel. What message is inherent in the Lulav? In the Succah? Can we invite the nations of the world to join us in the Succa? We'd like to express our יישר כוח to Rav Daniel Glatstein for collecting Sources and making them accessible on line.
