Description

This shiur addresses the origins of Selichos, the ideal time for saying them, plus some practical situations of choosing which parts of Selichos are most important, as well as a discussion about why no Selichos are said on rosh hashana. At the end another shiur of Rav Aharon Rothman (former rebbe at She'ar Yashuv) is recorded (from the same event) on collective consciousness of the Jewish people in Parshas Nitzavim.
