This Parsha is always associated with the long Tochacha, reproach, found therein. There are, however, 14 pesukim that deal with bracha, blessing. What is the Torah's outline of blessing for the Jewish People? Most of the discussion revolves around the explanations of the verses as found in the Talmud and the Rishonim.
