We start the actual sefer of Yichud Hahisbodedus from Rav Avraham Tzvi Kluger. This shiur focuses on the importance of not seeing ourselves as our struggles. We have to try and focus less on dispelling darkness, and more on adding light. When we add light, the darkness automatically is pushed away. The yesod of hisbodedus is believing that we are worthy of being heard.
