For the sugya in Masechet Niddah 59b-61a regarding תלייה, we will study and compare three succeeding Mishnayos that address the cases of three women who used one garment בזו אחר זו, and three women in the bed and a כתם was found on the bed. Can we apply תלייה, and if so, when? The key issue for today is that of בדיקה. One (or two) of the women found דם and is now טמאה, can the other women attribute the כתם to her since she's already temeah? Exactly when did she do this inspection? Would בדיקה work even in the 1st Mishna of 3 women and one garment? What if she checked herself & found that she is טהורה? Can she remove herself from the Safek? We will introduce 3 views in the Rishoninm, the Ramban, the Baa' HaMaor, & the Rashba.
