Description

Sefer Devarim starts off with Moshe discussing the location of where he's addressing the Jewish people. Moshe is hinting to at what points Hakadosh Baruch Hu has gotten upset with them, and for what reason. Moshe is teaching that with every sin, there is an accompanying location, and this location might of had an impact in encouraging one to sin.
