In this shiur we discuss the difficulty of connecting to Hashem on an emotional level, and the importance of specifically connecting to him through the pain we're experiencing as a nation during these nine days. We touch upon the difference between a broken heart and depression, as well as the importance of Tisha Bav as a prereq to truly experience Purim and the rebuilding of Yerushalyim.
