Description

Parshas Devarim is always read the Shabbos before 9 Av. What is the connection between this parsha and our day of mourning? What practical lessons can we derive from here? How does Moshe's Eichah connect to Yirmiyahu's Eichah? And finally...."Shavat mi'sos li'bainu..." If we were warned the churban would occur, why weren't we prepared for the tragedy? This Shiur - in memory of Yosef, Chaya, and Elad Salomon HY"D - was presented at OHEL Family and Child Services Center in Far Rockaway, NY.
