In this shiur for Masechet Niddah 60a we will complete our study of the sugya of the returned garment found with a stain, when is תלייה operative? We will review the controversy between the Mishna LeMelech & the Levush, as recorded by R' Akiva Eiger, regarding the case where the borrower has already completed her counting of the Seven Clean days but has yet to go to the Mikveh. We will study the Teshuva of R' Akiva Eiger regarding the possibility of תלייה on an unmarried woman who has not seen דם נדה recently. He argues that even the Mishna LeMelech would allow for תלייה in this case since she never actively counted the Clean Days & therefore never terminated her Tumah status.
