This Halacha & Hashkafa shiur for Matos & Masei will comprise three topics. One, the concept of expanding Kedusha and בכל דרכיך דעהו in the Hashkafa of the Pachad Yitzchok. This will explain the status of עטרה ודיבון in the שנים מקרא. Two, the Halacha of הפרה and התרה in the Rambam. What is the fundamental difference between the two? Three, we will complete Sefer Bamidbar this Shabbat. What are the Minhaging regarding חזק חזק/ What is the meaning and source for these Minhagim?
