This shiur is based on the 12th piece in the sefer Tzavaas Harivash, teachings of the Baal Shem Tov. We discuss how we cannot think we're better than another person because of certain skills we may have. The reason being is that Hakadosh Baruch Hu blesses every creature with the precise amount of intellect and ability they require in order to fufill their own unique mission in this world.
