In this Parsha & Halacha shiur for Parshat Shemini we will discuss the Kashrut of dried animal bones & skins based upon the Heter of the Shibolei HaLeket quoted by both the Beit Yosef and the Ramah. This will lead to a discussion of the issue of Gelatin made from animal parts and used commonly in many foods and medications.
