Description

Our sugya in Masechet Ketuvot 20a deals with testimony that was forgotten and remembered. How did the witness remember the details of the event? By reading his diary? Did the other witness remind him? What if the litigant stimulated his memory? Can the witness be trusted in this case? We will study the mishna in Ohalot in order to determine how long can someone remember what transpired so long ago? More than 60 years?
