I would recommend the Yavetz and Rabbi Yonatan Eibshitz, The Yemenite controversy between the Dor daim group and Rav Kapach and the Iqshim group. Not many people know about that controversy outside the Yemenites. Also the differences of Rav Kook, Chabad, , Rav Shach, Satmar, Rav Tzvi Yehuda Kook and Gush Emunim, Neturei Karta, and Rabbi Meir Kahane.
