For this date on the Hebrew calendar we offer a Hashkafa shiur for Erev Rosh Chodesh. Why is the day before Rosh Chodesh significant? Why does it deserve a special Haftora? We will analyze the Gemara that suggests that the Beracha of ברוך דיין האמת would be appropriate for Erev Rosh Chodesh. After studying the insights of the Ramban into the significance of Rosh Chodesh we will study Rav Tzadok HaKohen on the unique nature of Rosh Chodesh and its message for the future of our Nation.
