In this Parsha & Halacha shiur for parshas Toldos we wish to accomplish two goals: One, did Ya'akov violate גניבת דעת when he took the Berachot? And Two, how do we analyze the mindset of Yitzchok Avinu? We will study the essay of the Tolner Rebby, his 8 questions and the answer to these eight. Could it be that Yitzchok suspected that perhaps the man in front of him was not Esau? Could it be that - paradoxically - Ya'akov hoped that his father would indeed recognize his voice?
