Thank you so much for delivering an enlightening shiur this evening on the practical halachot of the next two days. I have a few questions regarding the hadlakat neirot issues . 1- if the concept is for harchaka then why do we make a bracha as we do not make a bracha on harchakot generally during the year. 2-would it therefore be inappropriate for unmarried women to light candles on erev yom kippur? 3- if a woman generally lights a number of candles on erev shobbot would it make more sense to just light one candle -not even two - on erev yom kippur ?
