The Importance of B'Shem Kol Yisroel and how we see this from the Nais of Chanuka. The NOam Elimelech's Chamber of "Kol Yisroel" where every Jew is perfect because there we are united as one. When a Jew falls to the lowest places he falls to this chamber. And there becomes revealed the untainted, sealed flask of oil which is the miracle of Chanuka.
