Description

This is a Parsha & Halacha shiur for Parshas Ekev, the Parsha that mandates reciting the blessing over מזון, the paradigm of expressing one's gratitude to Hashem. This Parsha serves as the source for the obligation to recite the blessing of HaGomel for those who survived danger. We will study the four categories and trace the Halacha from the verses in Tehilim thru the sugya in Masechet Berachot up to the Rambam, Shulchan Aruch a& contemporary Poskim.
