Description

This is a Contemporary Halacha shiur for fast days: flying on a fast day & time changes. From west to east does one shorten his fast? From east to west does one extend his fast? We will study some of the Responsa on this issue. Rav Moshe in אגרות משה claims that one cannot find this issue in the classical Halachik sources bt must rather pasken based on סברא. But HaRav Zlotnik (Badatz Eida Chareidis) claims he has a proof from the Ramah!
