Description

By a human being his Daas is something that he attains and is separate from himself, even though you might see one person, he is composed of many things, all might not be essential to who he is. Hashem is achdus peshuta, him and his daas are one. But this is impossible to grasp, we must relate through Emunah, which is higher than Sechel, we must believe that hashem is one and everything is Hashem. Rebbi goes on to discuss the efforts made on the parts of big talmidei chachomim to prove there was no machlokes between the Gra and the Besh't regarding the inyan of tzimtzum. Rebbi respectfully diasagrees with this idea based on his understanding, and also points out how it was very clear to the lubavitcher rebbe that there was a machlokes.
