We will focus our energies on two issues: One, how to reconcile the possibility of Nesiat Kapaim at night - according to those paskim who allow for Duchanen of Neila after nightfall - with the priciple formulated by the Yerushalmi that the is no Nesiat Kapaim at night. Two, the requirement to enunciate the Hole Name in Birchat Kohanim in the Mikdash, is that a Halacha & a Kiyum in Nesiat Kapaim or a Halacha & Kiyum of Mikdash?
