Description
The sugya in Masechet Kiddushin 67a-67b addresses the fundamental principles of Yuchsin. We will discuss the cases of a male convert who marries a ממזרת, a Mitzri Sheini who marries a Mitzris Rishona, an Amoni who marries a Mitzris, the child of an intermarriage, a marriage between a non-Jew from one of the nations outside the Land with a non-Jew from Canaan. Does the Torah recognize a forbidden marriage? We will divide these marriages into four categories, one is Misas Beis Din, second Kares, Chayvei Lavin, Chayvei Aseh. The various proofs from the Parshios & verses will be analyzed. This will determine if & when the child born of such a relationship is a ממזר.
