The mishna in Masechet kiddushin 60a-b discusses the various cases of a Mekadesh who made or did not make an explicit condition and found the Miskadeshes to have Nedarim or Mumim, is the kiddushin Valid? What if he formulated the condition at the moment of Kiddushin but did not reiterate the condition at the moment of Nisuin? Shall we assume that he would not consummate the marriage and set up a Biבt Zenut? What if he married her in a way that is invalid but subsequently sent her gifts? Can we assume that he realizes that he needs a new Maבseh Kiddushin and he sent the gifts to replace the original invalid Kiddushin?
