For Masechet Kiddushin 27a-b we will continue our study of the nature and scope of Kinyan Agav (קנין אגב). Must the movables be located on the land being sold? Can the buyer clinch his ownership over the bill of proof with his Kinyan Act on the land? Can Agav operate from a sale to a gift? Can Agav work if Reuvain is receiving the land & Shimon the מטלטלין? Does the buyer have to pay ebery last penny in order to acquire the movables? Can the buyer make a חזקה on one field and acquire other properties? In the 2nd half of the shiur we will discuss the law of גלגול שבועה. What is the sorce for this Halacha? We will discuss the nature of the שבועה of a סוטה 7 what rules can we derive from the oath of a Sotah?
